I just nagged stew (from the ftp team) long enough that he looked into
it, and did some magic to get my initial silc-toolkit upload to work.

assuming i get back positive responses from that, i'll do what i can to
get the other silc packages uploaded from jérémy's tags.

Huge kudos to lunar for all the work he's put into this repackaging!
