[Pkg-spca5xx-devel] new gspca release

Hi,

a new release of gspca is out namely 01.00.11
you can get it from 
http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca50x/Download/gspcav1-20061216.tar.gz

I've packaged it for ubuntu, you can get the debdiff from 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gspca/+bug/76646

Patch from 01.00.04 was not required anymore so I removed it and 
everything went fine.
this new release does support orbicam (a logitech webcam integrated on 
acer laptops).
