I agree that help would be welcome but the RFH didn't help that much.
On the other hand, apart from actively recruiting, there's nothing better
to do. 

So feel free to fill it by indicating that the help is need to add better
integration with postgresql/apache using the newest infrastructure
(webapps-common, etc).
