Yes, and we should probably do this, to make sure bug reports are
visible to the entire team when they arrive.

I've done this with other team maintained projects, and we need to put
a few addresses on the whitelist, and turn off the sending of "your
email is held for moderation"-messages for this to work properly.  The
mailing list moderator, Gerardo Reynoso, is the one who need to do
this.  Is there a needfor more moderators?  When using the listadmin
package, it is very easy to moderate a list.
