   Oh, I agree and that's what I started on and what led me to start on
the Perl modules that the new v1.3.x versions need.

   I've also thought to remove the pre v1.3 entries from
debian/changelog, although I suppose that could simply wait until it
gets cleaned up for the actual version that goes into Debian.  (In any
case, it is still present in the separate v1.2 branch in the SVN
repository...)
