   I did some testing with a v1.2 test database against both a 1.3.15-2
installation as well as a 1.3.17-1 installation.

    I'm not sure what might be causing that or how it's relevant to the
db conversion issue; however, there is a css directory related issue
that is fixed with v1.3.18.

    I think that's an indication of where the conversion process is
failing and I'm seeing that with 1.3.17-1, even though the conversion
process appears to have completed by going to the web page indicating
that. What might be causing it, though, needs more investigation.

    Those errors related to LedgerSMB/Template/TXT.pm looks to have been
resolved with LedgerSMB 1.3.16;  when I tested against 1.3.15-2, those
errors were present but when tested again a 1.3.17-1 install they were
not.
