   I'm not sure about that and it may depend, in part, on the data in
the original database. When I tested a v1.2 db against 1.3.15-2, the
conversion didn't complete.  Against a 1.3.17-1 install I have; it
appears to complete but there's no converted data.  Still investigating.

   I see the same thing when I'm doing db test conversions and since
it's a configuration item I'm not even sure why that field is displayed.
