[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] Bug#677612: ledgersmb -- debian/watch does not exclude development snapshots

This issue was noticed after a new LedgerSMB v1.4 development snapshot
was released but besides being present in 1.3.18-1 package it is also
present in the 1.3.15-2 package.
