[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] Cannot update files in pkg-sql-ledger web space

Why do you care of this particular directory ? You can put whatever you
want already in /home/groups/pkg-sql-ledger/htdocs/ and you can rename
the sub-directory if you believe it gets on your way.

Just saying this so that you don't have to wait until Alioth admins fix
the permissions...
