[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] GIt repository for LedgerSMB packaging

Up to now I've been using the SVN repository to maintain the Debian
Packaging for LedgerSMB. I've now completed importing that into a git
repository (with separate branches for the different LSMB versions and
later separate branches for certain Debian/Ubuntu versions) and I am
using that for the packaging development.

I'm not yet sure where I'll be making it public and what all branches
to be public, though I'll note that upstream also plans to move to
git. In the meantime I intend to use git-svn to update the package svn
repository; likely that will just be a commit representing a
particular Debian package version.
