neon24 / neon25

subversion 1.3.0 is out, and - unlike the 1.2 series - it supports both
neon24 and neon25.  (In fact, upstream now recommends 0.25.4, and ships
it in the subversion release tarball.)  So I'd like to move to neon25,
but can't really do that until it moves from experimental to unstable
(we want to put svn 1.3.0 in unstable too).

Anyway, I guess we'll stick with neon24 for the moment, but we can
switch to neon25 any time you are ready to do that.  I don't think
"Build-Depends: libneon24-dev | libneon25-dev" would be quite proper.
