Oops, I meant to do some further research on that but forgot to get back
to it. It looks like the overwhelming majority of lib*-doc packages are
in 'doc'.

OK, no problem - the only reason I put that in there at all was to get
apt-get to notice if someone selectively upgrades subversion packages,
but now I think about it again, it would be better without the conflict
- - in case someone needs to work with an older library but wants to refer
to updated documentation.
