Yes, this is a problem with libapr0, which is fixed in libapr1.0.
subversion can be fixed by compiling it against libapr1.0, but since we
ship an apache2 module, we cannot do this until apache2 also moves to
libapr1.0.  (Otherwise the module will break.)

In other words, this bug will be fixed when apache 2.2 is shipped with
Debian.  Apparently this will happen fairly soon.
