AFAIK, nobody in the sympa team has already worked on upstart job
script. The main reason is that even if upstart is packaged in Debian,
this is not the default init daemon and nothing in the Debian Policy
requires to support it.

However, if one submit this kind of script we'll be glad to include
it in the package.
