I have made my first serious attempt to contribute to the debian project and updated the collab-maint version to 6.1.16 (I hope) in conformance with the instructions in the new maintainers guide.  I have not tested the package installation or runtime, but it

 does some to build correctly.  Now I want to submit it.  How do I do that?  I have the commits in a local git.  Also, any chance this could make it into wheezy?<br>
