[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] Bug#722530: "systemctl dump" should be added as attachement (or dropped again), makes bug reports unreadable

Package: systemd
Version: 204-3
Severity: normal
File: /usr/share/bug/systemd

Add "systemctl dump" output to the mail body results in a 14000+ line
email on my system. This makes the bug report almost unreadable.
We should either drop that information again, or make it possible to add
this information as attachement to the bug report. There is a relevant
bug report [1] for reportbug.
dondelelcaro mentioned on IRC:

<dondelelcaro> mbiebl: it's probably possible using horrible hacks with -- BEGIN HEADERS -- and similar.
<dondelelcaro> but it's probably best to ask for that support to be added
<mbiebl> lemme check the BTS first
<kilobyte> some packages have hooks that add tons of stuff: xorg, nvidia, etc. That sounds like a prime candidate.
<mbiebl> we just added a bug script to udev which attaches a udevadm dump, and that in turn blows up the size of the mail
<mbiebl> if we can't add that as attachement, I'm going to remove that again
<dondelelcaro> sounds like having a -- BEGIN ATTACHMENT -- -- END ATTACHMENT -- is a sensible addition to reportbug
<dondelelcaro> especially since it's almost certainly going to be all text
<dondelelcaro> though perhaps specifying content type should be allowed too
