Dear Maintainer,

currently the systemd-sysv's shutdown doesn't have
options to force / skip fsck on reboot ('-F' / '-f'),
as it was in sysvinit-core's one.

Versions of packages systemd-sysv depends on:

systemd-sysv recommends no packages.

systemd-sysv suggests no packages.
