[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] Minor wiki editing

Just a quick heads up that I started doing a little editing on
https://wiki.debian.org/systemd . Please let me know if I am going too
far or making mistakes.

Edit 1. Restructured the intro from a paragraph to a list. There is a
lot of information in that first paragraph. Each point is important
enough to become its own paragraph.

Edit 2. Rearranged the installation paragraph. systemd 'just works' on
jessie kernels. Moved the kernel requirements to the end of the
paragraph.

Suggestion 1. Don't include information about running systemd on
wheezy on the main systemd wiki page. As a new user I was distracted
by having to think about both wheezy and jessie related issues. It
made things harder than they needed to be during the initial learning
curve.

Request 1. Could someone with more experience review
https://wiki.debian.org/systemd#Known_Issues_and_Workarounds ? I tried
a couple of installs on jessie and sid.... except for a warning in
apt-get while installing systemd-sysv, everything just worked.
