Note that this makes the same bogus assumption about stable kernel
names, just in a different subsystem. PCI buses can be and are
hotplugged, similar to network devices.  PCI bus numbering is no more
guaranteed than say ethX network device numbering for any bus
number > 0.

But if will appear to produce stable names most of the time, of
course. Just like your builtin ethernet interface will be eth0 most of
the time.

Just a heads up for the first bug report...
