now I"m finding that my clock speed in the numbers of a youtube doubled and no sound.html5 videos in youtube are a double speed!

resets the screen to dos text mode, character cursor upperleft and absolutely no response to input

Is the behaviour reproducible if you run (as root)
echo mem > /sys/power/state
