The GUI tools that:
	1. Pass themselves off as file managers
	2. Modify atime of every file that was just "listed"

are hopelessly broken.  They have to be fixed not to change atime of the
files, (they can, arguably, leave the directory atime's alone, as it *was*
accessed).
