[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Sending new sysvinit to debian/unstable

So, the base system froze today.  I had hoped to get the /lib/init/rw/
changes into Etch before that, but guess I started too late.

Anyway, I have heard one positive report on the experimental packages,
and believe the changes done there are safe to upload.  I plan to
upload those changes into unstable today.

Any objections?
