[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#542634: update-rc.d <service> defaults does not check *all* start/stop symlinks

checking for the the runlevels where my service is started/stopped:
> root at c03n02 /etc # ls -ald rc*/*openai*
> lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2009-06-26 22:23 rc0.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
> lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2009-06-26 22:23 rc1.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
> lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2009-06-26 22:23 rc6.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy

ok, i now want to change back to the defaults
> root at c03n02 /etc # update-rc.d openais-legacy defaults
>  System startup links for /etc/init.d/openais-legacy already exist.

removing the K* symlinks:
> root at c03n02 /etc # rm rc*.d/K20openais*

re-issue the command
> root at c03n02 /etc # update-rc.d openais-legacy defaults
>  Adding system startup for /etc/init.d/openais-legacy ...
>    /etc/rc0.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc1.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc6.d/K20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc2.d/S20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc3.d/S20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc4.d/S20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy
>    /etc/rc5.d/S20openais-legacy -> ../init.d/openais-legacy

it is working now...
