Note that the path in the README in the template was changed, partly
because I believe sysv-rc is a better place to put the information,
and partly because dh_compress did not compress the README file and
thus the .gz part was incorrect.  I've changed the path in all the .po
files commited to svn so far.

The update POT file is available in unstable and from
<URL: svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-sysvinit/sysvinit/trunk/debian/po/ >.
