Did you have a change proposal (patch)?  The script need to be Debian
policy compliant where the Debian policy and the LSB conflicts, until
the Debian policy is changed to match the LSB.  With the amount of
open bugs in BTS for sysvinit, reports with working patches get looked
at first. :)
