Nope.  The problem reported is an inconsistency between the arguments
used to update-rc.d (defaults), and the header in the init.d scripts.

If you call it like this, you avoid the warning:

% grep update-rc /var/lib/dpkg/info/cpufrequtils.postinst
        update-rc.d loadcpufreq start 05 2 3 4 5 . >/dev/null || exit $?
        update-rc.d cpufrequtils start 19 2 3 4 5 . >/dev/null
%
