[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Changes OK to upload?

I've made the following changes regarding mtab support, and added
build-arch and -indep support:

36e073f Migrate /etc/mtab to symlink to /proc/mounts when possible

I've also made additional changes listed at

Some may be a bit more controversial, so I've not put these on the
master branch without checking if it's OK to do so.  Essentially these
replace the deprecated dpatch use with "3.0 (quilt)" and use dh in
debian/rules.  It also replaces the Svn field in debian/control with
a git one.

Whichever of the above are acceptable, I can pick them onto the master
branch, and leave any you are unhappy with.
