[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#686498: [initscripts] no more mouse and keyboard (#669949, #670156) has not been fixed

This all sounds as it should be.  If there's no .tmpfs/.ramfs then
it's been removed during startup after bootclean ran.  And everything
else sounds OK.
