Thanks for your feedback! Updated my local commit, new patch attached.
(Note: only "Package: sysvinit-utils" section uses this style. All other
parts of debian/control does not make use of the "minimize diff" style.)

I'll first try to attract more eyes to look at my proposed changes and
spot more issues, then unless someone else volunteers I'll probably NMU
