the best way to go is to upload your package somewhere
(eg http://mentors.debian.net) and then post a summary to the
debian-mentors mailinglist asking for a sponsor.

Take a look into the archive to see what you've to include in your
summary for your RFS.
Then you've to wait and hopefully someone willing to sponsor your
package will contact you.
