Documentation

The documentation is included into the source distribution (in HTML and man 
page format) and the Windos binary distribution (in HTML format). 
Alternatively, find the Table of Contents here on the web site.

After all the man pages in html are available from their website. 
Perhaps this is case for asking the developers to explain the statement,
or maybe there is an undocumented (or not-so-well-documented) way to
generate the html from a some other source.
