Sorry, did you mean moving tcl-defaults to 8.5 _and_ building without
threads tcl/tk 8.4? Indeed that could be acceptable if done in two
steps: moving defaults to 8.5, ask for binNMU for all packages that
use defaults, uploading a non threaded 8.4 and finally dropping 8.3
after moving all remaining old package to use at least 8.4.
Is it acceptable for you?
