[Pkg-tcltk-devel] Bug#671743: wrong comment syntax in the manpage

Andrew Shadura bugzilla at tut.by

Package: tk-tile
Version: 0.8.2-2.1
Severity: normal

$ man frame
man: ignoring unknown preprocessor `C'
man: ignoring unknown preprocessor `o'
man: ignoring unknown preprocessor `y'
man: ignoring unknown preprocessor `i'
man: ignoring unknown preprocessor `h'

This is probably caused by extra apostrophe in frame.3tcl.gz:

'\" Copyright (c) 2005 Joe English

As far as I remember, it's not needed here.
