[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#595078: empathy crashes when telepathy-logger is not installed

If you install empathy and then uninstall telepathy-logger, empathy will crash
after showing the contact list with this error message:

GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Logger' is not installed

aborting...
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

telepathy-logger is currently in empathy's Recommends. Maybe it should be a
dependency?
But if you're sure this is an upstream issue, just say so in this bug report
and I will forward it to GNOME's bugzilla.
