It's valac (>= 0.14) | valac-0.14, so, not really significant - it'll
build with 0.16 on buildds anyway.

The version in experimental build-depends on valac (>= 0.16) |
valac-0.16, but was only like that so it was buildable in experimental
before valac reached that version. I've just simplified to valac (>=
0.16) in git.
