Attempt to add xmpp account to KDE 5 telepathy

    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?
Launch system settings of KDE5, choose Personalization, Online Accounts, 
Create

    * What was the outcome of this action?
I can see only Google and Twitter (see attachment)

    * What outcome did you expect instead?
Button to add Jabber/XMPP account
