[Pkg-texlive-maint] new texlive-base packages

Hi all!

I wrote something about how to create source packages in the
texlive/trunk/README file.

And I build new texlive-base source and binary packages (2005.dfsg.1-1)
which closes most bugs, especially the RC bug (include a license
statement for underline.sty).

If one of you has time for some testing ... please ...
	deb(-src) http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ check/

I have time to do some testing only in 2-3 days.
