Upps, I never used the origtar target, only the sources target.

If you want to build only one use texlive-base (eg) as the SOURCES, or
`all' to build all.

I assume that the tpms are up2date, but the tpm data is loaded from a
Dump structure from the file tpm.data, as the loading of all tpms takes
a lot of time. So you are using the tpm data from TL2005 and the new
files, this breaks.

I would recommend for now NOT to try the whole stuff with
the svn checkout of texlive. Can you get the TL2005 CD iso image?
