[Pkg-tikiwiki-devel] htmlparser license

Hello,

I am packaging the Tikiwiki content management system for the Debian
GNU/Linux distribution. This software contains your HTML parser. I have
seen in your discussion forum that you consider this code "free".
However the Debian distribution requires that the packaged software has
an explicit license statement. It is uncertain if the HTML parser can be
included in Debian lacking such a statement.

Would you consider specifying the license terms in the package, or if
you don't want to make a new release for this purpose, to add a notice
to the download page?
