torrus 1.0 has been released.

Our init script is obviously derived from upstream's init script, but
is quite far from the original.

Jurij, in my opinion we should work to use upstream's init script as
far as possible, with having the patches necessary for us included
with upstream as far as Stan is willing to accept them.

The plugin is a separate .tar.gz, so we should package it as a
dedicated Debian source package.

Jurij, may I ask for your opinion about these two issues? I think that
we can/should upload torrus 1.0 to unstable this weekend after the
init script issue has been sorted. That doesn't seem too hard to do -
if you want me to look at it, please say so.
