[Pkg-torrus-general] Packaging cisco-cbqos plugin

Hello,

I've just checked in the debian/ directory for the cisco-cbqos torrus 
plugin into svn. It can be checked out using

svn co svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-torrus/plugins/cisco-cbqos

or examined online at 

http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-torrus/plugins/cisco-cbqos/?rev=0&sc=0

I have also built the source and binary packages, they are available 
from 

http://www.wooyd.org/debian/torrus/

Comments and suggestions are welcome. Unfortunately, I cannot do any 
testing with this plugin, so if you have access to Cisco hardware, and 
can take it for a spin, then please do so (feedback is going to be 
greatly appreciated). I plan to file an ITP bug tonight, then test it 
for a few days, and upload to unstable shortly afterwards.
