Not so easily, I have thrown away the build chroot in the daily cron
job. But I have a better analysis ;)

torrus/debian/torrus-apache2.postinst's line

    test -f /etc/apache2/mods-available/apreq.load || exit 3

is the culprit which makes the postinst and hence the installation
fail if apreq is not installed.

In that case, I'd guess that the corresponding code can be ditched
from torrus-apache2's postinst. We'd need more checking for other
artefacts like this.

On a second thought, this makes torrus-apache2 fully uninstallable,
how could that slip by your tests?
