[Pkg-uml-pkgs] UML kernel-patch-uml removal

Now that kernel-patch-uml has been removed there are some open bug
reports that either need to be closed ot reassigned to the current uml
package or the linux-2.6 package.  Can someone please do that?

The bugs are:

210812: normal: Using modprobe instead of insmod?
210957: wishlist: kernel-patch-uml: Please keep support for 2.4.21

275327: important: should be kernel version 2.6.8, not 2.6.8.1

275358: normal: upstream error causes compile error
276989: serious: kernel-patch-uml does not appear to be in a releasable state for sarge
339086: wishlist: [patch] kernel-patch-uml support for 2.4.27 and bug fixes included
339094: wishlist: [patch] user-mode-linux support for 2.4.27-1um and bug fixes
339303: wishlist: [patch] 2.6.12-1um support for user-mode-linux package
