[Pkg-uml-pkgs] Bug#366091: user-mode-linux: uml_net helper location mismatch

Networking with tuntap doesn't work with 2.6 kernels, as uml-utilities
puts uml_net in /usr/lib/uml but the rest of the uml system expects
it to live in /usr/bin.
