[Pkg-urxvt-maintainers] Bug#832635: xorg-server(2:1.18.3-2) breaks RXVT transparency for new Intel graphics driver setting

After upgrading to xorg-server 2:1.18.3-2 on Stretch the 'transparency' setting in my
~/.Xresources for RXVT is no longer functional.

Copying /usr/share/doc/xserver-xorg-video-intel/xorg.conf to /etc/X11 and restarting X
resolves the issue.

I suggest the default be set to what's contained in the sample xorg.conf to mitigate the
issue.

I'm using Debian Stretch on AMD64 with kernel version 4.6.0-1.
