[Pkg-urxvt-maintainers] Bug#888594: rxvt-unicode: Add urxvtcd as x-terminal-emulator alternative

Hello!

I'm using urxvt with client/daemon configuration (urxvtcd) and would
like to be able to set it as an x-terminal-emulator alternative. Pretty
sure it should not be the default one, but having this option would be
nice.
