Given the above, I'm downgrading to severity important, which is defined as:

    a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package,
without rendering it completely unusable to everyone.

This fits much better as grave in this case.

Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
