[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#485651: /usr/bin/nm-editor: nm-editor loses networks if renamed with non-ascii characters

In nm-editor, if I rename a network to something including a non-ascii
character, the network is then deleted from the list, with the following
error message appearing:

I don't know if non-ASCII characters are not supposed to be used at all, or
if it should be possible, but isn't. Either way, it'd be nice if nm-editor
didn't lose my settings if I tried.
