[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#423880: [hal] the same happens here

I have a Pioneer DVR-111 and a Plextor PX-W4824 on my box: this issue
happens only when I try to insert an audio CD in the Plextor drive, with
the Pioneer drive everything works like a charm.
I've got the Plextor drive only some months ago and before that I never
experienced problems (I had an old HP Cd-Writer 9300), and René Peters
too had two Plextor drives... what makes our drives so peculiar?
