[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#470360: hal-info and Huawei E220

Hi there,

Upstream has this issue already fixed (see thie git commit here[1]), and
this issue is more important now than before, since with this new version
of hal-info, users of Huawei E220 will see their modem being connected
and disconnected intermitently, thus being unable to use it.

Please apply this patch as soon as possible (maybe the severity of this
bug should be changed?)
